Owner Dan Bugge may look familiar: during eleven years of appearing daily as a star “fish thrower” at the famed Pike Place Fish Market, he was also seen on countless TV news and entertainment shows, including The Tonight Show, A Cook’s Tour with Anthony Bourdain, Martha Stewart, and Grilling with Bobby Flay, among many others. “I couldn’t be more excited to be at the helm at Matt’s, a spot I’ve dreamed of running since I first came to the Market.
