Each dinner in the series was a tremendous success. The talents of the visiting chefs combined with those of Head chef Chester Gerl and our team made each chef's night a truly memorable culinary experience for our diners and, of course, ourselves.
The challenges presented by planning and bringing to life six-course menus that originated with two chefs visiting the Market one day then preparing and serving the dinners the next night were met with joyful enthusiasm by all
involved. The effort, creativity and hard work required to make such dinners possible, while appreciated, isn't often seen by those while they are thoroughly enjoy the results. Though our guests have the benefit of our open kitchen, the photos from each night provide a rare behind-the-scenes look at the talent and teamwork that went into each dinner along with the camaraderie and friendships that developed during the experience.
