Many say that the Pike Place Market is the heart of Seattle. Located on the third floor of the Corner Market Building, Matt’s in the Market is in the center of it all. Offering spectacular views of Elliott Bay, the Olympics, and the Market’s famous clock through its charming arched windows, Matt’s intimate setting makes you feel you are part of the ceaseless ebb and flow of the Market, witness to the very heartbeat of our beautiful city.

Savoring every morsel of this blissfully delicious food, you realize that here in the heart of Seattle, you have discovered its soul.

The 2013 Planes, Trains, and Traveling Chefs Series

The second annual Planes, Trains and Traveling Chefs series will feature an incredible line-up of culinary talent from throughout the United States, cooking alongside Matt's Executive Chef, Shane Ryan. We are delighted to kick off the series on June 9, 2013 with Chef Kevin Nashan of Sidney Street Cafe in St. Louis. Chef Nashan has been a four-time James Beard nominee, has cooked for President Obama and is known for his seasonal, locally sourced cooking with microgreens growing in his basement and a spring garden occupying 100 yards of the Sidney Street Cafe parking lot.
